Oversee and manage all on-site electrical engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, and technical documents to guide site execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to regulations, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and site technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of electrical materials and equipment.
Participate in site meetings, inspections, and handover processes to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of proven experience in electrical site engineering within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety protocols.
Experience with large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
