Job Description
- Developing and implementing brand strategy & plans and leading the go-to-market strategies.
- Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research.
- Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with the relevant stakeholders.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Handling new and existing products, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery.
- Delivering brand business objective in terms of market share, sales volume, revenue and profit growth.
- Monitoring and tracking brand market share and performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conducting regular market & trade visits to have full competition overview, consumer insights and monitor brand performance.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in retail-fashion-clothes
- Understanding of branding, marketing (especially online/e-commerce), SEO, and CTA marketing content development.
- Experience and passion for building great marketing campaigns.
- Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize a team’s approach and a company’s forecast.
