Job Description
- Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the market segment by effectively selling Theplanet’s products and/or related services.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the market segment to maintain, grow and generate new business for The planet's products/services.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Communicates via phone, emails, social media, and most importantly, in-person visits with presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Research sources and leads for developing own prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Analyzes the market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers value to The planet.
- Creates and manages a customer value-added plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share, and value-added opportunities.
- Identifies advantages and compares Theplanet’s products/services. Always maintains full knowledge of the competition.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment.
- Keeps abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with management and network resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales preferably in marketing and digital development services
- Digital industry experience and knowledge is a must
- Proven Business Development and Prospecting Results
- Established Network
- Experience in lead generation and conversion
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; demonstrated time management skills.
- Proven extensive delivery of complex digital activity (campaigns, content, web, and mobile experiences) and marketing communications to clients.
- Proven success in winning, delivering and retaining key clients.
