Job Description

 

  • Manage employee records and maintain up-to-date personal files, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Handle employment contracts, work permits, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure that all documents are in compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Support payroll processing, ensuring that salaries and benefits are paid accurately and on time.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits such as health insurance, bonuses, and allowances.
  • Provide employees with necessary information about payroll-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Update the company on any changes to labor laws that could impact HR practices.
  • Support in addressing labor disputes or employee grievances in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Foster positive working relationships between employees and management.
  • Assist with resolving conflicts and addressing concerns raised by employees.
  • Assist in ensuring that the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the company, ensuring all necessary exit formalities are completed.

 

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in human resources or personnel management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Laws: Familiarity with local labor regulations, social insurance laws, and governmental employment standards.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise with employees or management.
