Job Description
As a Travel Advisor at Concentrix, you will be the voice of our travel partners, providing exceptional customer service to travelers around the world. You will be responsible for:
Booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
Answering customer questions about travel destinations, visas, and other travel-related topics
Resolving customer issues and complaints
Providing recommendations and travel tips
Building relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 - 7 years' Experience in a Travel Agency as a Tour operator- UAE market
- Creating and designing tour packages, quotation and follow all operation and land arrangements.
- Coordinating all aspects of travel, including booking hotels, flights, rental cars, excursions, entertainment, and activities
- Arranging transportation to and from airports, hotels, and sites
- Good connections with hotels for contracting and reservations.
- Negotiating with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other businesses to secure the best possible rates.
- Negotiation skills with strong Communication in English and Arabic
- Well versed in areas of Travel (domestic, international, groups / individuals.)
- GDS experience, Fares & Ticketing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, working on online portals
