Job Description
- Conducts assessment for customer’s environment by following on best practices
- Assist on how to capitalize on customer’s already-have investment providing maximum value
- Design and deployment of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products and technologies to customers allowing them to maximize their investments in technology in complex environments.
- Assist Presales team by providing technical guidance and POCs / Demos and explaining technical solutions to customer’s key stakeholders to ensure they understand the business value of the proposed solution
- Document the project including Deployment, Configuration, and operation guides for the customer needs
- Respond to support cases by providing technical solutions and workarounds to ensure business continuity
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BSc of Computer science, Computer Engineering or ITI
- 4 to 7 Years of relevant experience
Preferred Areas of Knowledge
- Office 365
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Azure, Exchange, SCOM or SCCM (Knowledge of at least one of the is required)
