Job Description
- Managing EG, Nearshore, and offshore clients' financial performance and satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and implementation of growth plans and tactics through upselling and business development activities.
- Managing client retention and collection activities.
- Responsible for Accounts profitability and cost allocation
- Managing Client Relations team members, performance, development, reporting, etc.
- Work with “Business Solutions” and “project management office” on change management and opportunity pipeline.
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in the BPO environment or customer operations environment.
- More than 2 years in Account management.
- Fluent in English and excellent in French or German is a must
- Good knowledge of Financial P/L management Principles.
- Good Leadership skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Very good problem solving and Handling skills.
