Job Description
Main responsibilities and duties:
-Annual Plan: Participate in the development of the annual plan for overseas sales with the head of the sales department and divide it into monthly operational plans in order to reach the plans of the weekly visits and distribute them to the work team.
-Data Analysis and Market Study: Coordinating with a team in data analysis and conducting an integrated study on the status of market coverage for distributors and retailers in order to reach the largest number of wholesalers and retail markets in order to increase the market share.
- Supervision, Guidance and Follow-up: Supervise and follow up the work team in implementing the plans of visits with the aim of achieving the annual sales target, building long-term relationships with old customers and continuing the entry of new customers.
- Distributors: Supervise distributors and ensure their compliance with all agreements and contracts concluded with the company.
- Coordination with the Distribution Department: In order to ensure the continued supply of the required quantities to customers on the specified dates with the required quality and to solve any obstacles or problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Development: Participating in the continuous development of the work team to reach the targeted performance in representing the company and appearing in a proper way in dealing with major customers.
- Exhibit Coordinators: Supervise the work team of exhibit coordinators for distributors within the governorates and sales outlets to ensure that products are displayed in the required form and are available continuously.
- Customer Database: Supervise the registration and health of the database of distributors and customers and their accounts.
- Collection: Supervising the collection processes from customers and following up on timely payments according to the concluded contracts.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the work team and the performance of the distributors in the governorates on the approved evaluation forms and submitting the results to the Director of the Department.
- Reporting: Reporting on the business and submitting it to the Head of External Sales Department periodically.
Job Requirements
Technical/professional qualifications required:
- Suitable high qualification.
- Diploma in Sales
- Up to 15 years of experience, including 3 years at the same job level (preferably in FMCG).
