Job Description
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support training, development, and retention initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies and best practices
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, including generalist functions
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, Payroll and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics is a plus
- Good English Language
