Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation and branding consistency.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in media buying and social media management.
- Real estate industry experience is a must.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
- Ability to create and analyze performance reports and optimize campaigns.
