Job Summary:
setting policies and procedures to ensure accurate client data and effective follow-up operations. Reviews reports, and ensures that departments comply with established quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures for client data.
Regularly review client reports and statuses to ensure accuracy.
Monitor the quality of data entry from the sales and operations teams.
Prepare monthly reports on quality levels and error rates and submit them to senior management.
Coordinate with different departments to correct and improve data and processes.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control (preferably in real estate or sales).
Good knowledge of CRM systems and client management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
