Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
10 years of experience in Apparel/ Readymade garments factory is a must in areas of clothing operation or apparel factory management senior position.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of production management and quality control processes.
Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
