Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for Associate Researcher/ Outbound Call Agents to join our team in Egypt Office.
Office Location: El-Nozha El-Gedidah near Cairo International Airport
Scope of Work: Gather construction/project information through outbound calling.
- Identify key industry trends and expand on existing opportunities
- Identify secondary and competitive market intelligence to provide strategic insights
- Undertake ad-hoc research in support of specific business cases as required
- Gather information on new projects within the various sectors under study by primary and secondary research
- Ensure that all the updates are made within the stipulated time
- Database management and administration
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the GCC construction industry
Job Requirements
- Good English (written & oral)
- Experience in customer service/call center preferred
