Job Description

Digital Strategy Development:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive engagement, traffic, and conversion across all online platforms.
Social Media Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc., to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Media Buying and Advertising:
Oversee digital media buying, including paid search (Google Ads), display ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising. Optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
SEO & SEM:
Drive SEO efforts to enhance website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to maximize visibility and leads.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, informative, and branded content that resonates with the target audience in the industry sector.
Email Marketing & CRM:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and client objectives.
Industry Research & Trends:
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, specifically within the automotive and medical industries, to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Job Requirements

  • Advertising and digital marketing background and Offline marketing background
  • Branding awareness
  • Prefer Proven experience as marketing senior . section head or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Ad words etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • fluent command of English.
