Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract senior-level executives.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and talent availability.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Conduct competency-based Interviews and write summary reports

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English Language.
- Proven experience 3-4 in executive recruiting, retained search, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and executive search methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to assess leadership competencies and cultural fit effectively.
- Experience in conducting competency-based interviews.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
