Job Description
- Providing customers with quotations: Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements, ensuring all details are clearly communicated.
- Presenting the company profile: Professionally present the company’s profile, highlighting key benefits, exclusions, and competitive advantages. Ensure that potential clients clearly understand the value proposition.
- Representing the organization at industry events: Act as the face of the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations. Engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to build relationships and expand the company’s network.
- Negotiating with company HR: Work closely with company HR to negotiate variations in pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications, ensuring that both customer needs and company goals are met.
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities: Continuously research and identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients. Develop strategies to penetrate these markets effectively.
- Updating and managing customer databases: Regularly update and maintain customer databases, ensuring that all contact information, communication history, and sales progress are accurately recorded.
- Assessing and communicating financial risks: Evaluate the degree of financial risk associated with each customer or deal and communicate findings to the supervisor for appropriate action.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets: Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding set sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Skilled negotiation and persuasion: Use strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence client decisions, overcome objections, and guide clients toward favorable outcomes.
- Problem-solving and reasoning: Utilize logic and critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions, conclusions, or approaches to challenges, ensuring the best outcomes for both the client and the company.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in healthcare and healthcare management.
- 1 to 2 years experience in the sales field preferred for selling services.
