Job Description

  • Set plans and objectives for the function to in alignment with the overall departmental objectives and the company strategy and ensure proper cascading of the section objectives and plans to lower work levels to align all team members.
  • Prepare, grant approval and control the function’s budget based on analysis of pre-expenses in alignment with department management and department objectives and ensure complying with the final set and approved budget.
  • Ensure effective achievement of objectives through setting clear individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
  • Recommend and initiate function’s workflow processes enhancements based on performance analysis and guidelines and ensure their implementation to maximize the function performance.
  • Manage function’s projects in coordination with different stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects in compliance with set specifications and guidelines.
  •  Research and recommend adopting the most suitable best practices to facilitate process improvements in the assigned HR function across regions in order to support the achievement of the HC strategy and improve departmental performance.
  • Build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders to sustain continuity of operations and projects and continuously act as a role model to enhance the organizational culture.
  •  Ensure accurate and on time delivery of the section required reports and analysis to support in decision making processes.
  •  Act as a technical leader in own specialist area to provide guidance and training to own staff and to other managers and departments in the business.
  •  Oversee the activities of direct reports to ensure a high performing, motivated and developed team which delivers the required results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any equivalent degree.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law.
  • A specialized certification is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
  • Familiar with using Systems.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Good Command of English.
  • Planning & organizing skills.
  • Analytical Thinking.
  • Dynamic and proactive.
  • Leadership skills.
