Job Description
SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Director, the incumbent will mainly provide logistical support to travelling staff; support day-to-day office activities, and short-term mobilization of technical assistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide logistical assistance to traveling staff and contracted consultants through the reservation of pre-approved hotel accommodations, transportation and round-trip flights per relevant policies and procedures.
- Review and verify invoices with the supporting documents in order to process payment under the QuickBooks system.
- Coordinate/organize project events inside and outside Office.
- Ensure office equipment, such as copiers, telephone & fax lines, is constantly in good operational condition through contracted service providers.
- Manage office supplies and stationery.
- Manage imprest funds.
- Maintain filing system as well as e-archives of operations documents.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- University degree in business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field with international organizations.
- Must have excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Must be commanding written and spoken English.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Must have experience in accounting, procurement, and management of logistics.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Egypt.
