Job Description

Candidate will be Responsible of:

  • Assisting CEO on day to day activities
  • Planning CEO daily meetings
  • Handling follow up and direct responsibilities given to by CEO.
  • Responsible of online presence of company (website, social media channels)
  • Managing Emails and correspondence
  • Making sure company is always presentable and clean through managing appointed cleaning staff.
  • Handling & Directing calls to relative departments
  • Taking Minutes for meeting and following up and updating CEO directly

Job Requirements

  • Experience in everyday secretarial work
  • Office Management skills
  • Filing and documentation management
  • Good command of all types of communications (Email, Skype, etc..)
  • Aware of social media channels and able to update them when needed.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) & Arabic
