Job Description
- Capital Logistics is hiring for a position of IT Specialist to join our team who's can maintain and improve the technical systems of our company in our branches to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact.
Main Job Duties:
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting Networks and computer problems, supporting laptops, desktops, scanners, printers and network devices.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Replacing parts as required.
- Create E-mails for Employees and solve problem issues related to them .
- printers and other peripherals installation and configuration and troubleshooting.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. This is a generalist view of a Job that you have been assigned for – at times you will be asked to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Very Good English Language.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Hardware maintenance.
- 2 years’ experience in system administration.
