Job Description

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed through (emails - chat)
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience in Non-voice support (chat/email) is a Must 
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk and support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Very Good English level.
