Job Description
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market, with a focus on property listings, market trends, and client acquisition.
- Lead market research efforts to analyze competitor activity, identify industry trends, and determine effective targeting strategies for various real estate properties (residential and commercial).
- Create detailed marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives, and execute them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee and manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials are consistent and reflective of the company’s vision and values.
- Design and execute brand awareness campaigns to strengthen the company’s presence in the market.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing materials support sales objectives and business growth.
- Lead the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Manage and optimize company websites, property portals, and social media platforms to enhance user engagement.
- Analyze digital metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, social media, property listings, brochures, and more.
- Ensure all written materials reflect the professionalism and expertise of the real estate company.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality property visuals and promotional content.
- Plan, organize, and oversee property launch events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with sales teams to execute lead-generation initiatives and manage customer relationships at these events.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, developers, and real estate agents.
- Implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction, ensuring high levels of client engagement and retention.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are cost-efficient and deliver strong ROI.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in a marketing role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.), social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
