Job Description:
- Implement and Maintain company HSE policy, procedures and the project HSE plan.
- Conduct HSE awareness sessions to workforce under his area in daily basis.
- Ensure that the works under his area conducting regarding the STARRT Card.
- Ensures that all PTW required works conducting regarding Company PTW procedures
- Ensure that all HSE RA control measures are performed in a proper way
- Inspect the area under his authority regularly in daily basis to ensure that all works conducted in a safe way
- Reporting any incidents that happens in his area such as: Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, Near-misses or Accidents
- Has a right to stop unsafe works or nonconformity works against project HSE plan, company procedures or HSE standards
- Supervise and lead the subcontractors HSE officer
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, environmental laws, and international safety standards
- Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in communication with SCZone and Civil Defense authorities
- Fluency in English (MUST)
