Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Functional ERP Implementer with a strong background in Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) to support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our enterprise ERP system.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial workflows and HR operations and will act as the key liaison between end-users and the technical team to ensure the ERP platform effectively meets business needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in functional ERP implementation, especially in Finance and/or HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance and human resources.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (any platform such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in preparing functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including technical, finance, and HR departments.
