Job Description

SEO & Marketing Expert is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company's overall SEO strategy. His duties include Search, web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy.

SEO & Marketing Expert duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy for Union Coop e-commerce platform.
  • Work with e-commerce team to enhance user experience with Search, Visual Merchandising, and Navigation in web and mobile.
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
  • Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  • Monitor competitor's SEO strategy, Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as SEO & Marketing Expert or similar role
  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Experience with e-Discovery tools like Algolia, Klevu, etc.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP) like (Tealium, Twilio Segments, Adobe Experience Platform)
  • Knowledge of web monitoring tools like SemRush, Similar web.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Degree in relevant fields.
