Job Description

  •  Assess the current partnership portfolio identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks related to current partners.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities based on the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partnerships.
  • Initiate contact with potential partners and builds deep and strong relationships with relevant colleagues within these organizations, to generate new business for the company.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals with companies providing complementary services and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with Mcledger’s business objectives and provide mutual benefits.
  • Work closely with Top Management and the Sales and Marketing Managers in pursuing collaboration opportunities with high-profile clients and counterparts.
  •  Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop new programs, offerings, and revenue-generating ideas for the business to achieve the target KPIs.
  •  Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  • Remain well-informed about brand collaborations within our industry in the UAE and Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact partnership opportunities.
  • Be an ambassador for the Mcledger, and represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company’s brand and partnership opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  •  Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Sound understanding of remote management/monitoring practices
  •  Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver.
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office – (Excel and PowerPoint presentations) and interpreting and presenting data.
  • Experience in running successful digital cross-promotion campaigns with brands.
  • Familiarity with the financial and technology industries
