Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Coordinator Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and coordinating project activities within our engineering office.
Responsibilities:
o Understand and Scope the client’s aspiration and requirements of the project.
o Create collaborative design process in multidisciplinary of the design office process and execution process.
o Coordinate with the internal and external project team and consultants.
o Coordinate project phases performance of various projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings.
o Coordinate with the internal and external project team and consultants.
o Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
o Follow up with the Technical office team on projects tasks and site follow up.
o Analyse client problems and develop architectural solutions.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Arc. Or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in business development, within the engineering, construction industry, real state developers,
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
