Job Description

Job functions:

  • Manage accounts, Manage portfolio of accounts, and supervise training delivery.
  • Generate sales leads, Find potentials for digital marketing training courses.
  • Do Sales meeting, Achieve monthly planned sales target and new accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Act as the point of contact and handle corporate accounts’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure satisfaction and sales increase
  • Receive customer comments and forward it to the responsible department.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Generate sales and achieve targets from current accounts and new prospects.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Find prospects for digital marketing training courses in Egypt and Middle East.
  • Do sales calls (outbound and inbound calls) for potential corporate customers.
  • Do outdoor sales meetings with current clients and potential customers.
  • Keep records of calls, emails, prospects details and sales activities on CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as sales account manager at digital agencies or training companies, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels 
  • Project management and customer handling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, meetings)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas / targets. 
  • Experience in using CRM Applications (preferred Zoho CRM).
  • Fluent in English language (read and writing).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Laptop: Own a laptop.
  • Home:  Located near Nasr city area.
