Job Description
- All administrative tasks.
- Reply to e-mails & Answer clients’ questions over some social media channels.
- Follow up & send reminders to students about the time of their sessions and the tasks they should do.
- Schedule appointments and organize her schedule.
- Exposure to all forms of business and knowledge.
- Prepare reports & presentations.
- Record & Document the content of her session through different methods.
- Content writing for the academic director's social media presence.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language.
- University degree - Preferably in; English Language, Education, Literature, Alsun, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Females only.
- Very committed.
- Ability to handle and control Multitasks and Time Management.
- Reminding the Director of her important tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality.
- Can use different mobile applications effectively.
