Job Description
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient services.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
- Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and medical center efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Manage patient flow and ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to address any issues related to patient care.
- Handle budgeting, financial management, and inventory control.
- Recruit, train, and support clinic staff.
- Address patient concerns and resolve any issues that arise.
Job Requirements
- Good looking.
- Experience more than 5 years in managing medical centers preferably aesthetic centers.
- Bachelor’s degree ( MBA is preferred ).
- Good english in speaking and writing at least .
- Proven experience in a management role within a healthcare sitting.
- Proficiency in microsoft office ( word , excel , etc….) and ERP systems.
- Financial acumen and analysis .
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, communication , problem solving and organizational skills
