Job Description

  • Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follows-up with clients after product delivery in order to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
  • Maintains updated documents (Database).
  • Prepares different kinds of reports regularly.
  • Validates clients’ POs, provide them with proper feedback for any concerns.
  • Provides support to E-Aswaq clients through different methodologies (E-mail, Phone, etc.)
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders across functions to propose and advocate for effective customer-centered solutions and to build comfort, confidence, and competence among associates in resolving customer issues.
  • Responds to Adhoc customers’ requests concurrently.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
