Job Description
- Identifies and assesses customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follows-up with clients after product delivery in order to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
- Maintains updated documents (Database).
- Prepares different kinds of reports regularly.
- Validates clients’ POs, provide them with proper feedback for any concerns.
- Provides support to E-Aswaq clients through different methodologies (E-mail, Phone, etc.)
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Collaborates with multiple stakeholders across functions to propose and advocate for effective customer-centered solutions and to build comfort, confidence, and competence among associates in resolving customer issues.
- Responds to Adhoc customers’ requests concurrently.
