Job Description
- Lead and supervise all civil technical office activities.
- Review and verify shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.
- Prepare and update shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate civil works with other disciplines (electrical, mechanical, and architectural).
- Provide technical solutions to site execution issues.
- Prepare technical reports and submit them to senior management.
- Follow up on design revisions and coordinate with consultants accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years in mall construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, Revit, and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage technical teams.
- Strong reporting and technical documentation skills.
