Job Description
- Implementing and administrating all HR policies & procedures guiding the company through a successful HR strategy
- Provide advice on all performance related issues, including identifying key talent, succession planning, recognition and rewards, compensation, performance improvement, and terminations.
- Displays a depth of understanding of the business organizations, including key business functions and processes and a passion to build business insight.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including the identification, selection, hiring, and management of candidates.
- Support managers and employees on local HR-processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR Leadership and Executive Recruiting, ideally for technical positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of Labor law, social insurance, and employee income tax.
- Ability to confidently prioritize and manage several ongoing processes at any given time.
- Understands the needs of the organization in terms of achieving maximum organizational performance and efficiencies.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
