Job Description
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Manage the Managers calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communication on behalf of the Manager.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Follow up on tasks, action items, and deadlines assigned by the Manager.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
- Assist in organizing visits, events, and administrative tasks related to work operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English language
- High level of communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
