- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
- Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager job requirements.
- 2 - 3 years ‘of experience in the Real Estate brokerage in Primary projects and Re-sale).
- Experience in UAE markets is an advantage
