Job Description

  • Follow up on daily attendance.
  • Update all kind of leaves on system.
  • Update payroll sheet with all applied deductions & bonuses.
  • Ensure personnel files are fully complied with labor law regulations.
  • All related social security activities.
  • Odoo ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Handling all addition, deletion & exports from finger print software.

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in personnel.
  • HR certificate is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Good command of Excel
