Job Description
- Maintenance Management: Planning, supervising, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and concrete systems.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance activities and spare parts procurement.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance checks.
- Health & Safety: Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and pharmaceutical equipment.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and efficient troubleshooting capabilities.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP and other pharmaceutical regulations.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and optimize processes.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
- Background : Experience in Pharmaceutical or food industry is a must.
