- Maintain Office Supplies, anticipating needed supplies and placing orders.
- Handling the office central services which include mail, external affairs, and corresponding letters.
- Handling the office expenses.
- Maintain and update the office filling system.
- Prepare events related to the Executive President's office.
- Managing the calendar of the Executive President and arranging new appointments.
- Follow up on Maintenance of all office equipment
- Prepare official letters.
- Assist in Handling any administration inquires and tasks.
