Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Travel agencies (TA) contacts search, mostly Europe
• Cold call travel agencies to add Wadi Sabarah to their product directories
• Answer incoming calls from prospective travel agencies
• Use scripts to provide information about Wadi Sabarah features, prices, benefits, etc.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the TA’s requirements
• Persuade the TA's representatives to send their tourists to Wadi Sabarah
• Record the TA’s contact information accurately in a computer system (Excel, CRM)
• Keep records of calls and sales, record other useful information.
Job Requirements
Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (Google Maps, ChatGPT, Excel, CRM software)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English (C2-C1)
• Skilled in negotiation
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
The work location is Marsa Alam/ Cairo, depending on business needs.
