Role Overview:
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the center—welcoming guests with warmth and
professionalism, handling check-in/out processes, organizing guest schedules, and serving as
the main point of contact for inquiries and assistance. You will also collaborate with various
departments to ensure a smooth, healing, and personalized guest experience.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality or Tourism preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office or guest relations role within a hotel or
wellness resort.
Job Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
