to guests, and we are looking for a knowledgeable and service-focused Assistant F&B
Manager to lead this operation with passion and purpose.
Role Overview:
The Assistant F&B Manager (Wellness Operations) is responsible for overseeing the daily Food
& Beverage operations at TheLifeCo Wellbeing, ensuring a seamless guest experience that aligns
with the center’s wellness philosophy. This role involves managing staff, ensuring the preparation
and delivery of health-conscious, organic meals, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and
sustainability. The position requires a deep understanding of wellness-focused dining, strong
leadership skills, and the ability to cater to the specific dietary needs of guests undergoing detox
programs and other health regimens.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, F&B, or Wellness Management (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a wellness or holistic
setting.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring the preparation and service of healthy, organic, and
detox-compliant meals.
Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure they follow wellness principles and maintain high
service standards.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and modify wellness-focused menus that cater to
guests’ dietary requirements, including detox programs and special health needs.
Ensure that food preparation aligns with TheLifeCo’s wellness philosophy, emphasizing fresh,
organic, and chemical-free ingredients.
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring a constant supply of high-quality ingredients for
wellness and detox programs.
Foster clear communication and collaboration between kitchen staff, wellness specialists, and
other departments to ensure guests receive optimal service.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback, particularly related to dietary needs, and ensure prompt
resolutions to complaints.
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards in line with wellness principles.
Coordinate special F&B requirements for wellness programs, retreats, and events, ensuring
smooth execution.
Actively participate in and promote the center’s sustainability initiatives, focusing on eco-
friendly practices and reducing waste..
