Job Description
Treasury Manager manages a team that performs a wide range of job duties and responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity management
- Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
- Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
- Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable)
- Debt facilities management
- Daily cash management.
- Monitoring the loan reconciliation with Banks.
- Prepare what needed in case of loans And bank facilities that insure the company rights
- Assist the Financial Manager in cash management of the group and preparing accurate cash flow forecasts.
- Preparing Weekly, Monthly Treasury report including monthly cash & overdrafts position.
- Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
- Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies
- Team management
- Preparing management and board reports.
- Preparing all bank wire transfers to local and foreign suppliers.
- Supporting the month end process where necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting , preferred English Section .
- Good computer skills .
- Residents of Cairo (New Cairo-Nasr City-Heliopolis) are preferable.
- Age max is 40 years old.
- Proven previous experience in real state or development companies
- Experience 10 years’ experience in finance or accounting with at least 2 years related experience in the cash flow management & treasury.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Good supervisory skills and team player.
- Knowledge of cash management, investment assessment, principles and practices of corporate finance, generally accepting accounting principles, short and long-term financial forecasting and banks’ relationship management.
- Skilled in financial modeling, economics, and finance.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
