Job Description
- In-charge of all accounting activities.
- Accurately track income and expenses.
- Oversee vendor payments and payroll processing.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Develop company budget.
- Account and cost reconciliation..
- Manage liquidity and cash flow
- Perform accounting closeout procedures on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
- Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Work conservatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
- Reports directly to the Group CFO .
Job Requirements
- Must have the expertise in the construction industry and the nuances of accounting for project costs and percentage of completion.
- Proven working experience at real estate & hospitality companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Excellent in MS office package.
- Very good accounting software user and managerial skills.
- Very good interpersonal, communication & leadership skills.
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
- Males only.
- Cairo Governorate residents are a MUST.
- Age 40-45 years.
- 7-10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
- Very good command in English language.
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
