Job Description
- Managing the show room appearance and administration.
-Managing the show room visits and clients’ sales.
-Helping the client to style matching outfits
-Managing the showroom communication with the clients and with the team.
-Making daily stories and reels for the available items.
-Presenting the brand in all the attended bazaars and exhibitions.
-Products stock management.
-Managing daily posts and stories on Social Media Platforms.
-Promptly responding to customer inquiries via all social media channels
- Answering calls from customers
- Calling customers to confirm orders and follow up on inquiries.
- Uploading products on our sales channels (Shopify, Noon, Jumia, etc..)
- Handling operation’s duties (packaging, handing and receiving shipments to and from
couriers)
- Communicating with shipping company to track and follow up on shipments.
- Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues to the senior CS agent.
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management
- Obtaining and sharing customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- Proven organizational skills, including time management.
- Project management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
