Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager for El-Nasr Automotive Manufacturing company in Helwan. Should be an active and high performance personality to do the following:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans.
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
- Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
- Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
- Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
- Trains employees on HR issues and practices. Presents course materials.
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to executive management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching HR staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Job Requirements
- Proven achievements of working experience as HR Manager and Organizational Development tasks.
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven effective management skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree or specialized study in Human Resources or related field
- 10 years minimum experience in HR, of which 5 years in Management
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Arabic/English Language Fluency
