Job Description
- Working under the supervision of the chief accountant and financial manager
- Mange and arrange Financial Managers office.
- Provide executive and administrative support to Financial Manager.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Write Emails for the Financial Manager.
- Organize and present information timely and accurately.
- Organize the Financial Manager calendar and arrange meetings.
- Remind the Financial Manager of important tasks and deadlines.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Responsible for communicating with banks and supervise company’s accounts
- Prepare bank documents like money transfers, insurance letters…………etc.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Resolving any emergency issues concerning administrative side.
