- Assist with:
- scheduling training sessions and booking
- Training course setup
- Arranging induction programs for new joiners
- Delivering training sessions if required
- Preparation of orientation programs
- Communicate with training suppliers and ensure correct programs are delivered
- Keep tracking records and reports
- Generating quarterly training reports
Job Requirements
- BSC Degree in Business Management or relevant
- 2-3 years of experience in the same role
- Construction / Oil & Gas background
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English language
- Proficient in MS Office
