Job Description

  • Control adherence to recruitment policies and procedures through implementing and communicating the Recruitment Operation Manual to ensure achieving corporate objectives and goals.
  • Participate in internal assessment process
  • Monitor interviewing process by conducting competency based interview for Middle Management & Management, manage logistic of other interviews at all levels to ensure successful and well conducted interviews.
  • Monitor incoming resumes through screening, selecting and grouping resumes for interview as well as saving other resumes into company data base to ensure best classification and handling for resumes.
  • Participate in setting Manpower Plan through communicating and coordinating with the different Business Units managers to build proper understanding for the company's current and future staffing needs.
  • Keep relations and communication channels with external recruitment sources through contacting with potential agencies, provide information on the company, its policies, benefits, and available opportunities aiming to attract best pool of candidates.
  • Filter and use choose recruitment sources by using recruitment agencies, newspapers advertisement, Universities, internal announcement, and employment fairs to ensure acquiring best candidates for interview.
  • Develop and maintain job profile for all company positions in coordination with departments' managers, job holders, and build clear concept the job holder profile and main responsibilities in order to be able to choose best fit to the vacant position.
  • Prepare Weekly & Monthly recruitment reports.
  • Issuing Certificate of experience for x EG employees.
  • Monitor vacancies in the organization & ensure they are adequately filled within the recruitment KPIs of vacancy rate duration of hiring & caliber hired
  • Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, probation period, transfers.
  • Advises the company for decisions to participate in employment fairs event , attend & represent the company in such targeted fairs giving applicants information on the company & the vacancies as well as career paths in the company.
  • Develop & update Job Description regularly (Change in grade, reporting to, job enrichment,…..)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related filed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command in English Language.
  • Excellent command in Microsoft applications
