Job Description
Venus Cargo a fright forwarding company located in Cairo is Looking for a sales And operation (import) to handle the following details:
Purpose: develop strong customer relationships and good comunication with fright networks to ensure a high level of service and reliability.
Job Description.
- Manage a group of freight accounts, achieve revenue targets, increase revenue, and freight customer base Receives inquiries from Sales clients.
- Prepare import sea, air Booking for cargo Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to the Warehouse or fit point.
- Implementing the operations issued by all shipping systems starting from collecting rates, up to issuing the invoice for the operation file.
- Ensure that the shipment is carried out according to the journey booked, issuing the policies, reviewing them, and obtaining the documents of the customer.
- Advise clients on transportation, payment methods, and Payment follow up with customers.
- Determine the method of shipment, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Obtaining new accounts and furthering current business.
Job Requirements
Job requirement
- Experience of 7 up to 10 years in logistics, shipping, sales, operation freight.
- Female preferred.
- Bachelor's degree holder ( Logistics, supply chain, business, or any field related)
- Microsoft office professional user ( Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
