Job Description

Hello everyone,

We're Fipco, a large industrial company in Saudi Arabia.

We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled & expert talent who really practically knows everything that's going on, in Lead Generation & specifically on Linkedin, as we'll give you certain companies and we'd be interested in knowing the profiles & contact details for key decision makers in these companies, procurement manager(s), general manager(s), and so on.

& As an expert in LinkedIn Lead Generation, you will be primarily responsible for leveraging the power of LinkedIn to identify and qualify new sales leads for our textile manufacturing company, as your main focus will be to build a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects through targeted outreach, engagement, and relationship-building on the LinkedIn platform.

» Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Conducting thorough research to identify and build a comprehensive database of target companies and decision-makers within The Textile Industry.
- Using advanced LinkedIn search functionalities, filters, and tools to find and connect with potential leads.
- Qualifying and categorizing leads based on predetermined criteria, such as industry, company size, and purchase intent.
- Developing and implementing a strategic lead nurturing plan to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Crafting personalized and compelling outreach messages to initiate connections and start conversations
- Continuously refining your lead generation and qualification processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your LinkedIn lead generation good efforts.
- Providing regular reports to the sales and marketing leadership on lead generation activities and pipeline development.

» Key Requirements:
- Complete Proficiency in using LinkedIn MAINLY along with other social media platforms for prospecting and lead generation.
- Complete understanding & ability of using top lead generation tools & platforms including Liinkedin Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify high-quality leads.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and lead management processes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and refine lead generation approaches.
- Strong data interpretation skills to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

& it's really vital for us that you already have many years of experience in this focused area.

Also, kindly mention in full detail if you already have previous experience(s) doing the same for factories or industrial companies especially if in The Textile Industry, and we'd like to also know about the free & paid tools that you already used to, which ones you already have premium access to, and if you already have premium access to Linkedin Sales Navigotor ,,

Also, kindly note that you must have Arabic as one of your spoken languages and that there will be a featured test project for the shortlisted candidates as a part of the hiring process.
